The Goshen Local School District Business Advisory Council (BAC) fosters strong cooperation among schools, businesses, and the communities they serve to ensure educational efforts align with the evolving needs of local businesses. This collaborative partnership raises educators’ awareness of the local labor market, promotes work-based learning experiences within businesses, and helps prepare students for successful learning and employment opportunities. Established in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 3313.821, the Goshen BAC works in tandem with the Greater Cincinnati Regional BAC, which covers 39 districts across Hamilton, Clermont, and Butler counties, to provide a coordinated strategy supporting career readiness and workforce development throughout the region.
